Womb Hara massage
Focused on the back, sacral, abdominal and womb areas, this massage helps women reconnect with their bodies, release emotional tension, and restore energetic balance. ( This is a massage for non-pregnant women.)

Doula services
As a doula I can support, inform, provide care and safety to a birthing woman and her family from pregnancy through birth and in postpartum. I offer information, physical and emotional support.
The kind of support and help a doula provides is entirely up to what the woman in labor and her partner want. It can be anything from being in the room as a safety net, giving massage, information, birth preparation class, or breastfeeding guidance after birth. A doula has no medical duties, and does in no way replace a midwife or other health care professional.
I have trained with Lindi from @norskdoulaforening.no. I've done Sacred Birthcraft Practitioner certification with Claire Eccleston @clairehomebirth, and trained with Debra Pascali Bonaro, founder of @orgasmicbirth.
